THEIR CHALLENGE
Chris Hughes, DMD, has been a leading oral surgery provider in central Mississippi since 2005. The practice is headquartered in Clinton and recently opened a satellite location in Vicksburg. They had partnered with several IT consultants and smaller firms throughout the years, but none seemed to have things working.
Expanding the business to Vicksburg became the tipping point as many complicated IT problems began to arise. Instead of focusing on patient care, they constantly identified IT issues and looked for IT partners to solve them.
Dr. Hughes went through several consultants, each of whom over-promised and under-delivered. After being advised to purchase ‘equipment I did not need and IT solutions labor that did not work,’ it was time to switch to a full-time, full-service IT firm capable of getting the job done.
