The Tech Collective

Where IT Professionals Grow Together.

WHO WE ARE

The Solutions Team (TST) is a nationwide Managed Service Provider headquartered in Mississippi, delivering IT support, managed services, and technology solutions to clients across nearly every state in the continental United States. As our footprint continues to grow, so does our need for trusted, skilled IT professionals in the field.

That is where you come in.

WHAT IS THE TECH COLLECTIVE?

The Tech Collective is a partnering opportunity built for IT professionals and IT companies who want to take on additional work, expand their geographic reach, and plug into a larger national organization, all without giving up the business and clients they have already built.

And the best part? There is ZERO cost to join.

THE BENEFITS

Get paid in as few as 3-5 business days after job completion. Just clean, reliable compensation so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork.

Every job is set up for you. TST handles all client acquisition, scoping, and sales. You show up, you do the work, you get paid.

You keep your own clients and run your own business. Joining the Tech Collective does not replace what you have built, it adds to it. Gain access to a nationwide organization and the credibility that comes with it, while staying fully in control of your own company.

This is not just subcontracting, it is a door into a national network of IT professionals, industry contacts, and decision-makers across every major market. If you are looking to grow your reach into new regions or verticals, TST can connect you with the right people, in the right areas, in the right industries. Think of it as your referral network on a national scale.

As a TST Partner, you gain access to TST’s full bench of engineers at discounted rates — including specialists in Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, AS400, Unix, Senior Network Engineering, and Cybersecurity. When a job needs a skillset outside your wheelhouse, you do not have to turn it down, just call TST.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?

  • IT consultants and freelancers looking for consistent additional income and national-level exposure.
  • Small IT companies wanting to grow their geographic footprint without the overhead of opening new offices.
  • IT professionals who want access to a broader technical bench for complex engagements they could not otherwise take on.
  • Anyone in IT who is tired of turning down work because of location, capacity, or missing skillsets.
  • Growth-minded IT businesses looking to connect with decision-makers and partners across the country.

ADDRESSING YOUR QUESTIONS

We believe in full transparency. Here are the questions we hear most.

Yes, and we want to be fully transparent about it. As a TST Partner, there is a defined period during which Partners agree not to directly solicit or engage TST clients independently after an engagement concludes. This is a standard and reasonable protection for all parties involved. It ensures trust, professionalism, and the long-term integrity of the network.

This period is outlined clearly in the partner agreement, and outside of TST-referred clients, your business remains entirely your own. We are partners, not competitors.

The only exception to this clause is when a client requests work outside the scope of TST’s capabilities (for example, security cameras or structured cabling projects). In these cases, TST may connect you directly with the client so you can define and manage your own project scope.

We get it, the internet is full of “opportunities” that waste your time. This is not one of them. TST is an active, operating MSP with real clients, real contracts, and real work. The Partner Network exists because we have more geographic reach than any single internal team can cover, and we need skilled, vetted professionals we can trust in the field.

If you are an IT professional with a track record and a business to protect, you will see the difference immediately. We are building a real network not a mailing list.

Nothing. Zero. There is no fee, no subscription, and no ongoing commitment beyond the work you choose to accept. You are in control.

Absolutely. The Partner Network is specifically designed for IT professionals and IT companies. Whether you are a solo consultant or a team of five, if you want access to more work, a broader technical bench, and national networking opportunities, TST is built for you.
