Todd's Smoked Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Smoking baby back ribs EASY and Delicious:
Clean and Remove the membrane for the ribs.
Coat Ribs with French’s Mustard until they are completely yellow.
Next – Coat ribs with Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasonings – until Yellow is Red
Preheat Smoker to 225-250
Place ribs in smoker for 4-5 hours
When Meat begins to separate from the bone – they are done.
Remove, Cut Up and Serve.
