How did you find out about TST? 

I have my wife to thank for introducing me to TST. She found the job posting and pointed it out to me. After doing some research, I decided to put in my application.

When did you join TST?  What do you do at TST? 

I have been with TST since February 8, 2021. I provide technical support to our clients, which can mean personally fixing their issues or providing the concierge service needed to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible.

What convinced you that TST was a great place to work?

 I don’t think I ever really needed convincing, but the support and guidance I’ve received since starting with TST has been awesome.  I really enjoy everything about working here.

Describe a typical day on the job at TST? 

I’m not sure there is a typical day on the job for the support team. But generally speaking, we utilize our ticketing system to reach out to clients and resolve any issues they may be having. The effort, resources, brainpower, and time needed for each support assignment is different, but the goal is always the same.

What do you like most about working at TST? 

Definitely the atmosphere – and knowing my colleagues have my back through thick and thin.  Not just my support team co-workers – everyone. It also doesn’t hurt that I’m five minutes from home.
